Private Law Insight is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Akademisi Ilmu Sosial Analitis. This journal provides an academic platform for the dissemination of research and critical studies in the field of private law, both in national and international contexts.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review to ensure academic quality and originality. The journal is dedicated to fostering the exchange of ideas among legal scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and students.

Private Law Insight publishes four issues per year, released in January, April, July, and October.
