Plagiarism Policy

Private Law Insight upholds the highest standards of academic integrity and strictly prohibits all forms of plagiarism.

All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using reputable plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with a similarity index of 20% or higher will be automatically rejected before entering the peer review process. Only manuscripts with a similarity index of less than 20% will be considered for review and publication.

Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to, copying text, ideas, images, or data from other sources without proper citation, as well as self-plagiarism or duplicate publication. If plagiarism is detected after publication, the article will be retracted in accordance with the journal's policy and COPE guidelines.

Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and for properly citing all sources and references. Private Law Insight is committed to taking appropriate action in cases of plagiarism and academic misconduct to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
