Author Guidelines
General Requirements
- Word Count: Manuscripts must be between 3,000 and 9,000 words, including all sections except references.
- Language: All submissions must be written in clear and correct English.
- Paper Size: Use A4 paper format.
- Margins: Set margins as follows—Top: 2 cm; Bottom: 2 cm; Right: 2 cm; Left: 3 cm.
- Reference Style: References must follow the APA 7th Edition style.
- Minimum References: Each manuscript must cite at least 30 scholarly sources.
- Journal Article References: References to journal articles must have active DOIs and be published within the last 10 years.
Article Structure
Submissions should be structured in the following order:
- Title: No more than 14 words, concise and accurately reflecting the article’s content.
- Author(s): Maximum of 7 authors. Include full names and affiliations.
- Abstract: Between 200 and 300 words, summarizing the research objectives, methods, key findings, and significance. Provide 5 relevant keywords.
- Introduction: Present background, research problem, significance, objectives, and a brief outline of the article.
- Research Methodology: Clearly describe the research approach, data sources, methods of analysis, and any theoretical or analytical tools used.
- Theoretical Framework: Explain the main legal theories, doctrines, or concepts underpinning the research and how they inform the analysis.
- Result and Discussion: Present the main findings and provide a critical discussion, relating results to existing literature and legal contexts.
- Conclusion: Summarize key findings, implications, recommendations (if any), and suggest areas for future research.
- References: List all sources cited in the manuscript, formatted according to APA 7th Edition. Ensure all journal articles cited include an active DOI and are published within the last 10 years. The reference list must include at least 30 scholarly sources.

- Manuscripts that do not comply with these guidelines may be returned for revision before being considered for peer review.
